We should have known better when they requested cash only, didn't have a business card, and couldn't be located using a Google search - but they had the trees with them and installed them right away, so we thought that it was OK. Within a few days, 2 of the 4 trees that we purchased and 2 of the 5 trees that my neighbor purchased, were all dying. We called them to come and replace them - per the "warranty" that we received and they came out and said that they would replace them. It has been a month now - and we're still having a hard time getting them to return phone calls or replace the trees. We did get a text message back saying that they would come - but no one showed up.
