Roofing
HE REMOVED A PORTION OF THE ROOF AND NEVER CAME BACK. HE ONLY COMPLETED ABOUT 10% OF THE TOTAL JOB, BUT TOOK $1000 UP FRONT. I TOOK HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND WON A JUDGMENT AGAINST HIM FOR THE AMOUNT OF $750, BUT I AGREED TO FORGIVE THAT DEBT IF HE WOULD PRODUCE A PAIR OF COPPER ROOF CAPS THAT HE HAD MADE FOR THE JOB. HE NEVER PAID NOR HAS HE PRODUCED THE COPPER CAPS.
