We are very happy with the windows. We have used them twice. The first time was in a different house and it was probably 30 years ago. Since we were so pleased with them the first time we used them the second time. We are very happy with the windows themselves. The installer was exceptional. He did exceptional work and we had nothing to complain about. He cleaned up and the work that he did was absolutely perfect and we have recommended him 3 or 4 times. The people that have used him also think that he is just exceptional.

Ordered custom doors. 4 out of 5 doors showed up wrong. Crew broke two windows during installation. Refused to return and re-order correct doors. Stuck with $9,000 worth of wrong product. Quality of workmanship was horrendous. House will be messed up for months while we re-order correct doors from another company.
