Estes Roofing H L

I had called three roofing contractors and got voice mail from all three, but my call to Estes resulted in a real person answering the phone. I explained my problem and he told me he was on his way. All of his crews were out on jobs, but he would take care of it himself. He was at our home within a half an hour, got on the roof to survey the damage and then departed for the building supply store to pick up a matching piece of ridge vent to replace the damaged one. He returned shortly, removed the remainder of the damaged vent and and replaced it. He also checked the rest of the ridge vents on the roof and installed screws to secure all of them properly. If I ever have roofing repairs or replacement needs, I will be calling Estes Roofing! I will also be recommending them to neighbors and family.
