DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They broke my two year old air conditioner when they performed the yearly service in April, I didn't even know it was left broken because the guys wrote on the sheet it was running fine. But, when I turned on my A/C for the first time this year, this month it was actually hot enough to use it, it is making a bunch of noise it never made before. I know the guy did something to the A/C back in April to break it and then wrote on the sheet it was working fine. When I called to have crown fix what I thought was probably a mistake, they told me they want to charge a service call fee, to come out and look at what he broke. Their discounted rate because I was on a contract, is actually 15$ more than others on AL. Their real price is double what most HVAC contractors on AL charge. Another reason to NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We called and tried to work it out but the manager "Jessica" was unwilling to work with us at all. It is now very apparent to me that this is a con game they play. This company is all about profit. If you sign a service contract they will break your stuff during the "service" and then charge you to repair it. Its a scam and they should be prosecuted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are no better than the con artists that take advantage of the elderly. I will be filing a complaint with Ryan homes in hopes that they lose their HVAC installation contract with this national builder. I will also be filing a written complaint with the state and federal consumer protection agencies as well as the BBB.
