Used Complete Appliance Service once before and had a good experience, but not this time, and this time will be the last. Microwave turntable stopped functioning and called Complete. A technician came out and diagnosed the problem; the turntable needed a new motor and we wanted new springs for the door. He said that it would take a couple of weeks to get the parts in. We ok’d the work, paid the service call, received an estimate, and waited to hear from them. That was in Feb 2021. We’re still waiting. I have called them repeatedly asking for an update on the part’s status and been told that they were having difficulty getting it, they would check on the status and get back, only to hear nothing from them. My last contact was in late June. I called again with the same inquiry and was told that they would check and get back. Still waiting for the phone to ring and it is now mid-August. The microwave was a Whirlpool so I finally contacted them. They said that the part was in stock and set up an appointment with the nearest Whirlpool accredited appliance repair service. These folks came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts from Whirlpool and the unit was fixed within three weeks of the initial visit. I should have taken this route to begin with. This part is available from Whirlpool, anybody can order it, so I can’t figure why Complete just didn’t do that instead of letting us sit. Why come out to begin with if you have no real interest in the repair, just to get the service call money? Doesn’t make sense to me but no matter, these people are just rude and I’ll never use them again.

Paul was excellent! He came in and analyzed the problem. Gave us the most economical solution to the problem. The cost was extremely reasonable. Paul was here for 1 1/2 hours. He gave advice on safety and maintenance of our appliances and recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned everything when he was finished. Would highly recommend!

Contacted my home warranty company who, in turn, dispatched Complete Appliance to my home. Repair tech came to my house, opened my fridge and poked around for about an hour, then collected the service fee of $75 and left. I was told they would write a report and send it to my home warranty company. My home warranty company later contacted me to tell me that this service provider "declined" the work order. I explained to my home warranty company that someone came to my home and looked at my fridge and that I paid them the $75 service fee. Home warranty company told me they could not make any decisions about my fridge without a diagnosis and that they would have to dispatch another service company. I do not appreciate the deceptiveness of Complete Appliance, nor their failure to provide my home warranty company with a report and diagnosis, despite having sent a technician to my home. It was a complete waste of time and now I have to even longer without a working fridge because Complete Appliance could not do their job correctly or completely.

Had an issue with our stovetop and called these folks because of good reviews. Branden came out. He was knowledgeable, personable, informative and conscientious. Turned out to be an issue with a blown “on” switch. It was up and running when he left. We think this company will treat you fairly and would recommend them based on this experience.

I am so impressed with Complete Appliance Service.  They were able to come same day, and Brandon, the gentleman who repaired our fridge was wonderful- professional, timely and friendly.  Although I called for one issue, two more arose with the same fridge, and he fixed it all in one afternoon!  
Will definitely use this service again.

The initial appt went fine-- the problem was identified and the options of repair vs. replacement were provided.  The part was ordered and I would receive a call when it arrived.  When the part arrived, it was determined that the wrong part was ordered (it was for a different model).  Another order was placed for the part.  Upon it's arrival, a different service repair person came for the installation.    
Yet another time, it was for a different model.  We were going on three weeks without a dishwasher at this point.  A call was placed to rush the proper part and to discuss the dissatisfaction at this point.  Finally, almost a month after the start of the process- the correct part was installed.  The dishwasher is presently loose in it's position and slips around now.  I hope this is isolated incident, but would not use this agency again for my personal use.

The glass on our oven door was cracked and needed to be replaced. I was unable to find a way to replace only the glass, so the entire door needed to be replaced. They had to order the part, I can't remember how long it took to get it in, but they came out to do the replacement. The repairman did great work and was done in 15 minutes, from the time he came in to the time he left. I felt a bit ripped off as the part was $200ish dollars and the labor was $175....probably something I could have done myself... but for 15 minutes of labor, that is quite an upcharge, especially when I know that the price they charged for the door was very very high retail price.

I CALLED ON A FRIDAY AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEY COME OUT AND GIVE FREE ESTIMATES. THEY WERE $100 CHEAPER FOR THE SAME WORK AND PART THAN ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY TAKE MAJOR CREDIT CARDS WHEN THE OTHERS DIDN'T. THEY SHOWED ME THE BUSTED PART WHEN THEY TOOK IT OUT. THEY GAVE ME A 90 DAY WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR.
