"We offer a free in home estimate service to all customers. Still, if they want cleaning done immediately, an estimate is still provided prior to cleaning for their ok to proceed. In this case, the cleaning included 4 rooms, optional protectant and a 60 day spot-free guarantee at the customer's choosing. With this, the customer has a 60 day warranty that we will return and take care of spills or pet accidents etc at no charge to the customer. We are happy to fit any budget and even customize the cleaning based on customer requests."

"We cleaned for (deleted member name) on Feb.1, 2013 We never got a call about a problem with the cleaning we did for the (deleted member name). We have tried on two different occausions to contact her by phone and did not get a return call. We also sent her a letter asking her to call us so we could take care of the problem. If there is a problem with any of our cleaning we are more than happy to correct it for any customer; but we have to know about the problem."

After making the above Angie's list post and rating our experience a 'D' COIT called to make it right which was very appreciated! They sent someone out less than a week after they made initial contact and recleaned our carpets...this time spending nearly 2 hours. The carpet looks great! Much happier this time around! The technician expressed his regret and apologies for our first experience and said that COIT is a 100% satisfaction guaranteed company and that if we are ever unsatisfied again to call and they would come reclean. That is a great company policy! However, I will likely not use COIT again because the job should have been done right the first time.

We were able to schedule an appointment the same week we called. We were able to select a two-hour window for the arrival time of the cleaning team. The team arrived on time. The two-man team was professional in attitude and appearance. From their assessment (and our strong suspicions), the 50+ year-old duct work had not previously been cleaned. They immediately began prepping duct work for the clean out. They were methodical and meticulous as they worked their way through our house, from room to room, and from floor to floor. Anything that was taken apart or moved was replaced as they finished that area. They were very careful and respectful of our furnishings.
Start to finish the technicians were here about 90 minutes. They worked in a timely, but not rushed, fashion. It was evident that these two gentlemen work together as a team. They showed us the dirt cleaned out of the system (no wonder we were having to dust our house so much!). They instructed us on what we needed to do with the furnace air filters to maximize the benefits of having newly cleaned duct work.
Since having this service performed, we have noticed a marked improvement in the outflow of heated air from our gas forced-air furnace!
We will definitely use Coit, again, for air duct cleaning.
