In conclusion the work was excellent. Paul came to my home and made careful measurements of the closets initially, and discussed with me what I wanted to do with the various closets. We had one mix-up, that became obvious when the initial proposal was returned, where he misunderstood which room I was calling my 'study' and had to return to check on some measurements. There was a minor lapse in communication between my correction of the initial mix-up and his response, but he came back out to my home himself and graciously, and cheerfully, re-checked everything, and revised and corrected the proposal. The shelving was beautifully and carefully made and installed. It is very sturdy, and in closets that did not have the proper structural supports built in, his shelves were made with extra supports. The insert for the study is lovely. There were some modular inserts leftover in several closets from the previous owner, which Paul removed himself as part of our agreement, and there were some nails and screws left in the wall from removal of those; the installation crew kindly removed the screws and nails, and repaired the plaster in the closets rather than just leaving holes there. There was a day between the removal of the old shelving and inserts and the new installations. This gave me time to vacuum and clean out the closets, to prepare for the new shelves. Other than the minor mix-up initially, and a brief delay in correcting the original proposal, everything was handled very carefully and quickly, and I am very pleased with the results.

Paul and staff did an outstanding job! I am from out of town and he made it sooo easy to get a beautiful, functional closet economically without the hassle. He is easy to work with and the closet is meticulous! His staff is very friendly and efficient. They installed the whole master closet while I was out of town and I have not made one change! I would use them again. Paul thru in extras that were so unexpected and beat the pricing at local competitors!

Very well!  On a Thursday, Paul, the owner, delivered movable racks to use for hanging our clothes from the closet  while the work was being done.  It was very helpful to have these racks.  On Friday, he removed all rods, shelves, hooks, etc. from our existing closet and patched holes where needed, giving us the weekend to paint the closet, which we did.  On Monday, Paul and his installer, Eric, installed the new closet system, including two "towers" of 9 shelves each, one area for long hanging clothes, four areas where the hanging clothes can be stacked, two belt racks and one tie rack that slide out, and two hooks. This only took about two hours.  On Thursday, Paul retrieved the racks.  We are extremely pleased with the appearance and functionality of our new closet system!

We are very pleased with the service, products, installation, and final result!  We got two quotes prior to the start of our project, and Cincinnati Closets' quote was nearly 1/2 of "the other guy;" and he offered a similar design and materials!  Paul at Cincinnati Closets also offered additional services, including providing clothing racks to store hanging clothes during the installation, removing existing shelves and patching holes a few days prior to installation to allow time for painting, and returning after installation to pick up clothing racks.
The installation crew was friendly, professional, neat, and efficient.
When I called Paul after installation and asked if the valet rod could be moved, as the original location wasn't the most functional for my use, he returned with an additional rod and installed it at no extra charge.
We love our new closets!  Paul made sure all our items fit perfectly into the new closets, and worked hard to be sure we were happy with the final design.

They were amazing. They came out to measure and design. Paul was professional and efficient. He asked what I liked and did not. He then got me the estimate the next day. Once we determined to go with this estimate, they were able to schedule the job within 2 weeks. They custom made the closet system to fit our closets. They are wood (not wire). The install was truly amazing. They were done within a couple of hours. They cleaned the shelves once installed and then vacuumed up around the closets and anywhere they had been. They were polite and professional. I would certainly recommend them and am already thinking of other jobs (like my pantry) for them to complete.

Finished in 1 day, cleaned up and the closets are great.  I have small closets in an old house and they maximized my space.

We hired another company many years ago, but they went out of business. We needed another company and Cincinnati Closets went above and beyond. They were prompt, and very professional. We called a competitor, California Closets, but they never returned the call until weeks later, by that time Cincinnati closets had already gave us an estimate, and installed the closets. There is no doubt, we would choose them again for their excellent service !!!

My experience with them was very good. They were much less expensive in closets by design and worked for me in different ideas and everything and they're very efficient.

Paul did an outstanding job, he is a true professional.  From the first contact he was responsive and professional.  He came to our house to measure the closet, take a visual inventory of what we had and how best our limited space could be used.  He spoke to me about the observations and our needs and dropped off a design and quote the very next days.  His prices are great, we quickly called and said yes to the proposal and scheduled an installation time.  On the day of installation Paul and his team member were here on time (even called to confirm ahead of time), put drop clothes down to protect our wood floors, worked efficiently, had the closet installed and everything cleaned up within less time than they anticipated.  I will be using Paul to do additional spaces in our home and highly recommend Cincinnati Closets.

Everyone was professional from the time we met about our plans to the cleanup at the end of the job!  Cincinnati Closets was extremely flexible with our schedules.  The work was completed on time and our closet was clean and ready to go as soon as the work was completed.  We are thrilled with our new closet!

We chose Cincinnati Closets as they were the most prompt to return my call after submitting a request for information. We had previously seen them at a home show before I found them on Angie's List, but did not select them until seeing them on the list. Paul (owner) came out and measured and gave us a proposed floor plan based on the number of hanging vs drawers we said we needed. We visted his show room to confirm and select color. The gentlemen that installed were pleasant and did a good job. We've very happy with the appearance. The absolute only thing that was a disappointment is that it look more than the one day they had estimated and the install was on a Friday so we had to wait the weekend to have it finished on Monday. They did get it done enough that we could move some of our clothes in over the weekend.

My contact was Paul and my experience with them was excellent. They cut the other competitors bill almost in half. The quality of work was still fantastic. They were also very prompt and responsive.

It went very smoothly form beginning to end. The job was done very well and the clean up was exceptional. We were not pressured for "upgrades" and feel confident that if we had problems they would be made right. So far we have absolutely no complaints.

I'M 100% HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE. BESIDES THE CLOSETS LOOKING AND FUNCTIONING GREAT, THE GENTLEMEN WHO INSTALLED THEM WERE ON TIME, POLITE, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. NO COMPLAINTS.
