BILL ALLEN TREE SERVICE

Mr. Allen returned my call promptly and came out the next day and gave me an estimate.  We called him back and set up an appointment for the following week.  They arrived on time and got to work.  They were very professional and efficient.  Mr. Allen tied large limbs to guide them where he wanted them to fall.
They cleaned up everything very well also.
The job took about 3 hours.  My husband was out in the yard the whole time showing them what he wanted trimmed.   It was a hot day, but that didn't seem to bother them.  We were so impressed with their work, we added another $100 to the check.  We will definitely call Mr Allen back for any further tree trimming and have already recommended him to a neighbor.

Bill was fantastic!  quick, efficient  and would definitely use him again.  He did a great job getting the large tree down and ground up the stump making the ground ready to plant grass seed.

Mr Allen started cutting the tree around 9 am and by mid-day he had all the branches down He not only removed the branches and made sure that they did not damage my neighbor's garage. The next day,he even brought in a crane (at no additional charge to me) to remove the trunk. The job was done in one and half days during one of the hotest parts of summer with 90%+ humidity. He made sure his crew was taken care of so that they did not get dehydrated. Best part of the whole job was agreed to on a handshake, not asking for payment until the job was done.

I called the service on Monday at 4 PM and he was at my house shortly after 5 that day to give me an estimate. We agreed on a price and he was at my house on Wednesday at 9 to start the job. He and his crew were friendly and thorough, making sure to clear away all of the trimmed brush and limbs and sweep up the clippings in my driveway. It took a bit over four hours to do, but there was a lot that needed done. The removal of the bush wasn't included in the estimate. He noted that it was nearly dead and removed it for free. I have another tree that needs to be removed this summer and I plan on using them again.

MR. ALLEN AND HIS CREW WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A GREAT JOB. OUR TREES LOOK SO MUCH BETTER! AND HIS ESTIMATE WAS LOWER THAN 2 OTHER COMPANIES I CHECKED. TRIMMED 3 VERY TALL TREES THAT WERE TOO CLOSE TO OUR HOUSE, AND HAD MANY DEAD BRANCHES.

ALL INTERACTIONS WERE EXCELLENT. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS OUTSTANDING. WE HAD A LOT OF DEAD WOOD, ALL OVER, IN THE LARGER TREE. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY REMOVED ALL THE DEAD WOOD, AND ONLY THE DEAD WOOD, BUT THEY DID. LOOKING AT THE YARD THAT AFTERNOON, YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL THEY'D BEEN HERE, NO DAMAGE TO ANYTHING, NOTHING TO CLEAN UP!

BILL RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY, CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO GIVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE. I CALLED TO SET UP THE SERVICE TIME, AND THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, TOOK LESS TIME THAN ANTICIPATED, CLEANED UP ALL THE DEBRIS AND WERE VERY POLITE AND NICE!

I HAD BEEN TRYING TO HAVE TREES TRIMMED OR REMOVED FOR THREE MONTHS. I COULD NOT GET ANYONE TO CALL ME BACK. BILL ALLEN ANSWERED PROMPTLY, SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HE EVEN RECOMMENDED A ROOFER FOR A REPAIR WE NEEDED, CALLED THE ROOFER HIMSELF. I DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO MAKE THAT CALL! GREAT SERVICE.

THEY CLIMB TREES LIKE MONKEY'S. THEY DO NOT LEAVE ANY SAW DUST.
