We had an appointment to get our dogs groomed. i received a phone call changing the time. That was ok but then the groomer never showed. I called the number numerous times to find out why, I understand if there was an emergency but I never received a follow-up response.

Everything went real well she was on time she was professional and she was very nice.

My experience went well. This is the second time I have used this service. Karyl came in talked to me for a few minutes then took our Goldendoodle out to her mobile unit. She returned around 2 hours later with a clean, cut puppy. She explained all the things she did, the cut, ear cleaning, nails, etc. I paid her and that was all. She did call the next day to see how Lola was, and if we were happy with the cut.

We love everything about her. She is polite, kind and gentle with the animals. She does a great clip. We have Scottie dogs and they are very difficult to cut. They have a special haircut and she does an excellent job at it. She will call even if she is 5 minutes late. We have already scheduled her again.

We both were so pleased with the services done by Karyl and Bark Avenue Mobile Pet Salon. Every aspect in personal service was met and to be truthfully honest, this was the best Scottie groom the girls have ever had. Karyl took the time to find out what our expectations were of the finished groom and to see if there was anything special that needed to be addressed during the groom time. What personal attention! We were impressed and definitely will be using her services in the future. And the 2 Scottie lassies acted more content and comfortable not being taken away from their home for a whole day to be groomed. The van was very clean down to the grooming instruments. Overall, we have no complaints (nor does Maggie Mae or Abigail Celeste).
