+ -1 moreHE DID A FAVORABLE JOB WITH ALL THE LOCKS EXCEPT FOR THE FRONT DOOR WHICH GOT A NEW LOCK BUT IT WAS NOT FLUSH AGAINST THE DOOR. ALTHOUGH HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT NEW LOCKS DO NOT FIT OLD DOORS PERFECTLY, I TOLD HIM TO FILL THE GAP BETWEEN DOOR AND LOCK BECAUSE IT WAS STICKING OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB. HE HAD A VERY BAD REACTION TO THIS AND HE HAD THE GALL TO SAY ''IT'S ONLY AESTHETICS WE'RE TALKING ABOUT.'' MAYBE HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE WORD MEANT BECAUSE IF AESTHETICS DON'T MATTER AT THE FRONT DOOR, I WONDER WHERE IT DOES! WHEN I PUSHED HIM FURTHER, HE ADDED A WASHER/GASKET BETWEEN DOOR AND LOCK. THIS MAN HAD AN OVERALL BAD ATTITUDE THROUGHOUT IT ALL AND I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM AGAIN IF THEY WERE THE LAST LOCKSMITHS ON THE PLANET.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED DEADBOLT ON BASEMENT DOOR AND REKEYED THREE EXTERIOR DOORS IN A 1930 TUDOR THAT WE HAD JUST MOVED INTO. THE WORK WAS DONE IN DECEMBER 2004.
