About us

We are a upfront pricing pay upon completetion company. Which means simply, each job is a flat rate price. We do not add cost to a job due to extra time added to the job for unforseen difficulties. If the house next to you has a 50 gallon gas Water Heater replaced For 923$ replacing your Same size and model water heater would be 923$ if your neighbors takes 1.5 hours and for some reason yours takes 5 hours you both still pay 923$ No money due upfront and you dont pay until the job is completed and clean.
