I called them and told them that my fridge wasn't getting cold and thy came out within the hour. He was at the house for about ten minutes. He tested the compressor and said it was good and replaced a relay. He said that it would started getting colder within a few minutes. He charged 125.00 bucks for the ten minutes (maybe less) that he was here. After he left the fridge kept blowing hot. I called him back and he said, that the compressor must be bad. Even though he had supposedly tested it. Needless to say I did not call him back. I felt like he was simply trying to get more money out of us. He was fairly nice and very timely. That being said, I still felt like he was just trying to get more money out of us. I would not recommend his services. They are expensive and didn't even fix my problem. We finally just bought a new fridge.
