I called them on sept. 9th to look at my washing machine. After the call they showed up in about 30 min. They came in the house and I showed them my 2011 whirlpool washing machine. They did not stay long enough to fix or even diagnose the problem. They said it was the interface at first but I told them I knew it was the power switch and I was correct. I initially payed them the $50 for the call and for the repair and would pay the rest of the money after they came and fixed the problem. My sister went to the address listed and it did not seem it was the correct address and when trying to pay them they didn't know what it was for. They wanted the money to order the part but I ordered the part myself. The part was $221.31 and after the part came in they didn’t show up to fix it and kept blowing me off and would not fix it. They got mad that I picked up my own part. They charged me the $60 to come look at it and fix it and they cashed it quick and they were supposed to come back and fix it and they have not come back. I initially payed them a check for $50 so they could look at it and they said they would come back and get the rest of the payment after they have completed the work. They have never showed up.
