+ -1 moreI am having a difficult time getting Ashley to replace the damaged furniture I received. I have talked to the manager, and he keeps telling me the replacement pieces have been ordered. It took me about 4 months to get the bed rails replaced. There were big chunks missing from the wood. After 4 months, they only delivered one rail, because they said that's what they had in stock! Every time I call, they tell me their computer isn't working! It's just a big run around! The quality just isn't what we paid for! I will not use Ashley Home Store again.
Description of Work: I recently purchased furniture from Ashley's Home Store. The furniture we received from them is damaged.
