The only problem we had, during our entire transaction, was his failure to call me back in the beginning. He was honest and said he just forgot.
Later, he even came and worked on a Sunday to finish the job, because the inspector from the health department was going to be out of town for a week, and he wouldn't be able to get it inspected until he returned. So, he finished the job on Sunday and got it inspected on Monday, before the inspector left town, so we didn't have to wait another week to get the job finished!
I was impressed with his professionalism, and the quality of his work was great. All in all, it was a great experience.
