Description of Work: Dish doesn't offer access to AMC TV series through the Internet, like Time Warner, DirectTV, and many more. Dish offers on its commercials affordable prices without future increases, but it is not truth. In a little over a year I passed from $39.99 to more than $100 dollars for the very same service. Also, DISH'S technician was more than 5 hours late, and I still have to pay for his service. Last, the receiver they installed one year ago doesn't have all the features, and they want to sell me a new one. During the January storm I was without service, and the customer service representative said I had to get to the dish and clean it. I live in an apartment building. Am I expected to climbed onto the roof? Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT contract DISH. I am trapped for two years!

We don't seem to loose our channels.

We have had lots of problems with Dish network since we put our service on automatic payment. Bill have been incorrect multiple times. We finally decided to cancel our service. Prices keep going up, and it is not worth the hassle. We knew we would be paying a fee to get out of our two year contract, but it was worth it! Now they have charged us for another month of service, even though is disconnected and they have our receivers! When I called to speak to a service representative, she could not answer my questions or help me!

We've used their services for about a year and a half now. We've been having trouble with them since the beginning. The day that we scheduled an appointment, I asked the technician about the upgrade that I had discussed earlier with the salesman. The technician wasn't aware of the upgrade. The technician then called the main company and he was told that he would be charged for the upgrade. When I called the main company the next day, they told me that I was going to be charged for that upgrade. The technician arrived the next day and was in a bad mood. He ended up flinging a screwdriver onto my $500 leather chair, which caused a hole in the fabric. I also requested to receive the bill on a reasonable, specific date. That turned out to be a big issue (when before they told me it'd be okay). The communication within the company is bad; one person says one thing then when I talked to another person the conversation is different. The manager tried to make amends and they still call me from time to time to try to get me back as a customer, but I would never come back to this company. When calling in to Dish, in order to get their service you must have a credit card in your name and this is not right. A lot of people do not have credit cards.
