I had a pre-listing home inspection before listing my home for sale. Eric came in went through every area of the home as if he was buying it himself. He pointed out anything that a potential buyer may have issue with. His report was thorough, contained pictures of anything that needed attention and very easy to read and understand. I would highly recommend Eric and will use him in the future for any purchases I may make.

Eric was fantastic I was concerned about moving into this place but other than some things the owners already told me about was just a few small things that could perhaps even wait a few yrs I would recommend him ,he was there early got the job done efficiently and was courteous to everyone! Awesome The inspector arrived early, started inspecting the outside. He inspected all details of the house and made it fun for us by giving us a scratch off card for a discount and gift cards to celebrate. He found safety hazards and 29 recommendations to make the house and appliances perform at their best for me y years. The owner agreed to fix the most important issues and we are proceeding. Thank you so much for all your help, scheduling in short notice, reopening the appointment , and inspecting on a Sunday afternoon.
