Good Quality Work - I have never been through something like this before. I was worried this was going to be a huge headache, Griffin Contracting took care of everything. Austin Wireman, was our Project Manager. He was on time and true to his word. He walked me through a time table of the project. My wife was home most of the time while the work was being completed. All of the different subs (carpet, drywall, electrician, etc.) were polite to her and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate the quality of work, and the basement looks better than before!

The Griffin Contracting Company was very professional and efficient in everyway.  They always showed up on time and were professional in their presentation.  The one outstanding area was their willingness to answer all our questions and we frequently had plenty of questions.  They were patient and gave us all the details that we requested.   They did their work with efficiency and were very careful about details.  They  also made sure that they cleaned up all their messes, such as making sure their shoes were clean or they  wore covers over them.  They stuck to the contract that had been agreed upon and were willing to go over each item in detail.  They had a  third party inspection company come in to inspect the work that had been done to make sure that the mold had been adequately dealt with.   In fact the company commented that the areas that had been dealt with, especially the crawl space, which was the worst, was "exceptionally" clean.  We felt very confident that our mold problem had been eliminated.  In fact, it has been the first time since October that I had not been sick with an upper respiratory disorder.  We certainly have utmost confidence in the work of this company.

The Contractor's response to our call was rapid as cleaning commenced the same day that we called for help. The company spent two days cleaning and sanitizing including objects that were contaminated as a result of sitting on the floor in the back up area. Recleaning was required as a second back up occured the day after the first one. This was due to the initial ineffectiveness of the plumbing service to adequately clear the drain pipe. Througout the project, all employees on the front lines and management were extremely receptive, cooperative, and just a pleasure to work with.
Because this sewer backup caused water and contamination damage to some drywall and pegboard in both the furnance room and in an ajoining bathroom, drywall replacement, cabinet replacement, and repainting of walls and floor were necessary. After restoration services were completed, it looked as if no damaged had ever occurred. Cleanup and restoration was handled expertly, professionally, and the interpersonal skills of all involved was exceptional.
My thanks to all members of this company. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Everything went great. They were able to work with me to keep the cost to a minimum and it all ended up being less than their original quote. Good communication, finished ahead of schedule, I highly recommend them.

As awful as a flooded basement is, Griffin made the restoration process so smooth and the results were awesome. Better than before the flood. Highly recommend!!!

All materials and machines were exceptionally clean. Work was completed in a very efficient manner. Communication was excellent.

I was consistently impressed with the service. On the first day, I received several phone calls from Phil, the company owner to make sure I had everything I needed, and to answer any questions. I had a lot of questions, and Phil answered all of them, and did not rush me (even though I knew he had dozens of other clients with a similar situation). He was even able to find a plumber, when no one else could! The mitigation manager, Joe, was also great. The response on everything was very quick, and the crew always professional. Griffin worked directly with my homeowners insurance, and there were no issues with the payment. I was very pleased with the mitigation work provided. I am now working with Griffin on the reconstruction, and will provide a separate review for that portion of the project.

After I accepted the information that I had mold problems in the basement, I called my insurance agent who recommended 3 restoration companies from northern KY that the company has used previously, I recognized none of them so I chose the middle company that the agent had recommended. The company is Griffin Contracting And Restoration. Danny and his brother Joe have conducted this buisness for nine years and do excellent work. The workers are punctual, courteous, trustful and do their work well. Never did they infringe on my life on the main floor. They are knowledgable and can do all necessary work that is required to complete the job. Great choice and job well done.
