Unprofessional in that cost estimates were not provided in writing. Work was satisfactory when done, but prices were high. Made mistake of paying for some work in advance. He promised to do work on a certain day, but did not. Waited for him to return to do work. Found out he went on vacation. I advised him I had started spreading the fill dirt myself, and he still did not schedule to work. Requested refund and he refused. I was charged double for concrete work done by his partner on the project. He gave half to the concrete company and kept half for himself for doing nothing. Garage door was installed wrong. I paid Overhead Door $100 to correct. Could not get refund. His partner on the project (concrete company) cut ties with him in middle of project due to problems. Business does not appear to be legally incorporated and in my experience is very unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical.
Description of Work: Gravel and fill dirt spreading.
