I called to see about getting an estimate but since we're in the middle of a cold snap, I wasn't very hopeful. The young lady on the phone, upon hearing that my heat was not working at all, called the electricians to see if an extra stop could be made for a dire situation. The gentlemen who came were courteous, prompt, efficient and judicious with their time. Unlike others with whom I have worked in the past, these gentlemen didn't dawdle attempting to pad their pockets with labor costs. I was very impressed from start to finish. From the moment I made the phone call, until the moment the men left my home was no longer than 3 hours. I have no intention of EVER calling another heating/cooling company for any of my needs and I will advise my friends and family to do the same.

I called and left a message. I gave them a week and did not hear from them. I called them again and left a message and still did not hear back. I finally called a third time and spoke with a person who apologized for not calling me back, and they promised to call me back. I finally heard from them two weeks later, and then it was only for them to tell me that they were too busy to do the work. I would not consider using them in the future.
