 + -1 moreVery good experience. Only one occasion of concern with repairs over a fan improperly secured. We have had extensive service with them previously and were very pleased.
Description of Work: We have used this company on occasion via our home warranty company. Our copay is the 60.00. They are usually very knowledgable, polite, and prompt. There was an occasion where a new fan was installed in our unit and was not anchored properly. This was fixed by a another service person. Other repairs include, replacement of our inside unit. Was completed quickly and cleanly. Otherwise, historically a very good company.
