Knight's Mechanical Inc - Elizabethtown

I live 15 miles from Glasgow, they were at my house for less than 30 min. The charged me $220.50. PS, had no heat when they left, was an electrical problem.

They were out within a couple of hours. We had a bad freeze and lots of pips were rupturing. I've never had a problem with them. They do reliable work.

This is twice I have had Knight's out in the last 60 days. Both time I called about 7:30 am and both times tech was on site before 8:30 am. First time was only a loose wire connection on inside fan. Today I noticed the outside unit was not running, so not heating. Was burned out contactor and burned wires. Mark, the tech, had the problem fixed in under an hour. Total cost was very reasonable.

Got lucky, was only a loose wire on the inside fan unit that he found very quickly. He verified that all heating element and heat pump was working and was out of here in less than 30 min.

Excellent. Super. They even covered the floor with a special plastic to keep the carpet from getting dirty. They had everything they needed and were done in no time. I definately made the right call.

The workers were very professional and worked diligently to ensure all issues were resolved.

Water leak discovered middle of night on Saturday. Called them immediately and they were out first thing Monday morning. They offered emergency repair, but I had no need because I had shut the water off at the meter. They quickly found the leak and returned 2-3 days later with heavy equipment to dig the hole and repair the pipe. They took care to minimally damage my yard and bushes which the leak was under.

No problems

They come as scheduled and are responsive. They call the previous day to check if I want them to come earlier and finish the job. I like their services and will use the same in future.
