This con artist ripped off my pitiful, elderly mother. She called him to get an estimate on installing a new furnace which he told her he had to have a $5000. up front payment on. She trustingly gave him the money. He never came back and would not refund her "deposit". We sued him and got a judgement for the full amount but he paid only $1,500. and skipped on the rest. It takes a real low-down person to take advantage of the elderly. I feel certain that someday he will be "rewarded" for his sorry behavior but that's little comfort for me. After all this time I'm still fuming at the way he hurt my impaired 83 year old mother.
