Services we offer
We offer repair and replacement of water heaters, dish washer. Gas piping for gas logs, facet repair, garbage disposal, gas lines, sewer lines, unclog drains and thaw out frozen water lines. WE Will haul off the old water heaters and scraps. no garbage will be left behind!, water lines, water mains. We will do bathroom/kitchen remodels including the installments of ice maker

We experienced a clog in the pipes leading from our kitchen sink on Thanksgiving and we were unable to unclog it ourselves. Several hours later we noticed a small leak from one of the pipes. We called S&S Plumbing that night and after determining that as long as there was no water in the sink, the leak would stop, S&S Plumbing said they would be out the next morning by 10 am. They called before coming and arrived early. It was quickly discovered that there were several issues going on, least of which was the clog. At one point, we had four people working on the issue, all at the same hourly quote. They provided us with a solution that was both cost effective and did not require major work or time. We could not recommend them more strongly.

Mr. Skaggs suggested using the jet and camera to locate pipe and problem... although a minimal extra fee money well spent.. pipe and problem not even close to where it was believed to be... this suggestion by him saved me well over 2 grand...
dug up old clay sewer line and replaced it with new pvc .. he also suggested 2 cleanouts for any situation that might come up in future(great idea) I live in a hilly wooded area with lots of tree's and roots. Backfilled the dug up section and cleaned up area.. Mr Skaggs was very professional and knowlegable... prompt and on time... price was well below others checked some of that due to his suggestion of using camera... no others even mentioned this and just wanted to start digging where we thought it might be... Job Well Done!

He left a gaping hole in the drywall, saying his finish guy was too busy to help him. Then when another leak sprung under the house his 2 "helpers" told us we needed entire new water service and replacement of all pipes under the house. We called him on that, the main guy came out & capped the leak but now we have no water to our second bathroom or the outside spigot. He said it was just frozen, but that obviously is not the case. We had to have another plumber tap in to get the outside spigot working, as we needed that immediately, and our second bath still has no water. This guy is a joke. I called him back to see if he would correct the problems, but he was more interested in blaming previous plumbers' work than in getting anything fixed and working correctly.

"I am so sorry you had a unpleasant experience with our company. In defense to this claim when we came out to your home look at your problem. We explain that we are not responsible for drywall replacement as we do all customers, we look for someone for you to help you out in that area and everyone was tied up. That is not our company's responsibility but did as a courtesy. We did what we could at the time trying not to cause more expense by having to remove tile out of bathroom and asked you to call us in couple of day that it could be possibly still frozen and we received no call back assuming problem solved. Again our apologies!"
