BILL DOLEN CONSTRUCTION

Mr. Dolen and his helpers framed part of our back porch to install screen.  He quoted and used treated lumber, fiberglass screen with Screen Tight screening system, lumber and soffit to make a kick panel around the bottom, Screen door and hinges.  All of the work was done as promised and to our satisfaction.  He found part of the existing wood to be rotted and replaced it, if he charged any extra it wasn't much; I don't remember.
The only hitch was that there was about a week he didn't do any work, it may have just been a misunderstanding as he said he was waiting for us to call him to let him know we were done painting what he framed to that point.  We didn't know that but it was no big deal.

He walked off of the job without completing it. He left live wires exposed in my attic and in the kitchen. He left my new appliances and some of my new cabinetwork still in boxes. He was unprofessional and never put in an 8 hour day. He was not committed to the job. The crew was also unprofessional. Some of the workers had no papers denoting any licensing that they had. When they went to cut the holes for the outlets, they were all entirely too big. I paid three times for a door that was to be installed in my new closet and I still don't have a door. The entire job was botched. I tried many times to get back in touch with him and he never called back.
