Taylor's Fine Foods

Taylor's FIne Foods was one of the WORST mistakes we made during the duration of our wedding planning! The main leader of Taylor's Fine Foods, Shannon Taylor, provided terrible service in every possible way. She never returned phone calls, text messages, or emails. She was never at the country club that she worked at, and cancelled our meetings constantly. It would be several months before we would ever hear from her, and when she did find the time to meet with us, she was always very distracted with other things, making our meetings worthless. She was never able to stay on task, answer questions, or direct us to anyone who knew the answer. When we requested a contract for all the services and goods she would provide for us, (She wasn't going to have one drawn up, except that we ask) she waited until approximately 1 week before our wedding to finally draw one up. Once she did come up with a written statement of her services, she was $1,000 over her original budget!!! She lied continually to us about the cost of several of her items and services and tried to double charge us for many things. Needless to say, we fired her- a week before our wedding. 
On top of that, she refused to give us samples of the foods she would be serving to our guests, assuring us that they would be "Fine." She was frequently late, rude, and unprofessional. If you plan on having a wedding anywhere near Campbellsville Kentucky, I would recommend staying FAR away from Shannon Taylor and Taylor's Fine Foods! If you choose to have your reception at the country club however, I would definitely pay the extra fee to have Taylor's Fine Foods close down their kitchen, and bring your own caterer in!
