.Both chimney repair and brick sealing went very well. No complaints.

He has been coming out repeatedly when we need masonry work done. It was extensive work that he did. He had to rebuild the chimney and take out the old brick and replaced it. Then they had to paint the chimney. He washes and seals our brick paved walkway and porch every year for us,

Mark and I had been conversing about this project for a long time. Initially, it was going to involve some planters to put flowers in but we decided against doing that. He came out several times over the course of nearly a year before we actually started the work. Most contractors would have given up on a customer like me, but he didn't and would always arrive promptly to discuss a rather large project overall. Between the concrete work (which I had another company perform) and the masonry work that Mark did, everything took a little over a week allowing for some days of drying periods. Mark and his guys' did a meticulous job and he offered many suggestions on how to improve everything from start to finish. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work.

The job went perfectly! From start to finish the job took about 2-3 days,exactly what he had predicted. He and his men arrived each day promptly at 8am and stayed until about 4pm. He brought samples of pavers to choose the color we liked. He brought all the materials needed the day before work. First they laid out the pavers in a design that we reviewed and approved and then set the mortar. He explained each step of the process. He gave an estimated cost for sealing the brick when the weather warmed, but he also told us what products to use if we wanted to do it ourselves. They cleaned up after themselves each day. When the job was completed he returned to see if there were any problems and filled in a few holes left by air bubbles in the mortar. He also tuckpointed another crack we found for no additional fee. His courtesy and professionalism gave us peace of mind that the project was being done quickly and beautifully!
