Tore out the front window and then they tell me they hope the window fits because they didn't measure to see if the new one fit correctly, Thank god it did. They did not put installation in around the windows. When I asked them they said it didn't need it. After a few days the caulk around the windows cracked and cold are leaked around. They came out and re-caulked the windows. Same results a few days later. After several calls to Lowe's the manager had to come with the crew and they finally put installation in around the windows. Still the trim outside rattles when the wind blows
