COMCAST COMMUNICATIONS

After moving discovered internet service super slow. Phone was co-linked to someone else. Unable to retrieve messages or get phone calls. After speaking to them, a year later, still unable to retrieve voice mail. And, cannot access any online services because they claim they have already sent me a pin. A pin was never received and appears to still be linked to prior people who had same phone number. Internet bill originally said was paying for highest speed internet. However, when asked about it, they said the super high speed internet is not available in this area. However, they did not reduce the fee. Next bill that came did not have listed as the highest speed internet. Basically, the price stayed same but the bill was changed. Internet frequently lags. Would change providers however, the other provider in town crashes, so Comcast is the more consistent provider. I had Comcast in Virginia also, paid the same price, and had faster internet. Overall, I would dump Comcast in a second if there were other viable alternatives.
