Kevin showed up on time, was very nice and used quality materials for the replacement water heater. He even swapped out the needle valve on my humidifier for a more robust t-valve. Always call Schadler for my plumbing needs.

It went perfect.  They arrived at the appointed date and time and completed the work in a professional manner.  All our questions were answered completely.  The work site was cleaned up completely and the old water heater was taken away. 
This firm installed the plumbing in my house when it was built in 2001.  They did a very professional job and I have had zero issues with plumbing.

Schadler did our plumbing for a decade, but in recent years the level of service has dropped, and forced us to go elsewhere. On two occasions work was done improperly, and a second visit was necessary to rectify it. Work was contracted for a sewer project, and multiple calls had to be made to finally get them in gear when the time came. A toilet worked on by Schadler didn t seem to be flushing properly and we asked that he stop by and check it, since he would still be working in the area on this sewer project. Months later, with no visit, we called and were told by the office that he d stopped by and no one was home. No beforehand call to alert us, no note on the door indicating that he d come by, he just stopped at random, no one was home, so he conveniently forgot about it. The office is unhelpful to the point of rudeness. They just don t seem to care about efficient, responsive service anymore.

THEY WERE ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS AND WORK. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, NO TIME WAS WASTED. THE PRICING WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE.
