They were really thorough. The owner of the company came out and inspected on a regular basis, and if he didn't like the way things were being done he made them rip it out and redo it. They were very friendly, punctual. If they told you they would be here at eight o'clock, they would be here at quarter til eight.

They have been very professional. They show up when they say they're going to. They do the things they say they will do. They are not only taking care of what they are doing, but they are concerned about the rest of the house, as well.

Overall the work is great and I am very pleased. The job was more complicated than originally thought due to having to move plumbing lines and duct work from the interior wall that was removed. The crew was professional, cordial, and worked hard. I would definitely hire them again.

Once we finally got together to meet (both of us had to change plans a couple of times,) the service from beginning to end was great. Paul had an estimate back to us in a couple of days and once we hired him to do the work, he brought over a detailed contract with pricing for us to sign. We gave him a down payment and then installments as the project went along. It took approximately two weeks to finish because we changed some things as we went along. He called us on a regular basis to ensure we were happy and we called him whenever we had questions. He was very easy to contact and always called us back promptly. Paul is very easy to work with and we have hired him to do additional work such as laying hardwood, installing cabinetry, and eventually finishing the rest of our basement. I would recommend him to anyone. He can do it all.

Paul stopped by the next day after asking him to stop by to look at the work that needed to be done. He took about 5 minutes and said that he could do it for about $850. We called back and asked for a written estimate and explanation of what he was exactly going to do. He obliged. We receive the contract and signed it within 2 days. Paul's workers came on time that Friday. Within three hours, they had the old beam out and the new beam in. Everything went as planned. After the job was finished, the workers cleaned up the work area. It seemed like they were never there. We needed to replace some gutter guards on the gutter they took down to install the beam. Paul said he would install the ''no maintenance'' guards for us for about $100 extra. We agreed. Overall, we are really happy with the work they did. Paul and his workers are super friendly. We saved over $2000 going with Paul. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

The quality of their work was excellent, but they took more than twice the estimated time to complete the work which is what made em grade the a "B" over all.

PAUL RHODES AND HIS TEAM WERE PROMPT WHEN CALLED ABOUT OUR PROBLEM. HIS COMPANY WORKED ON A PROJECT FOR US IN THE PAST. THE WORK WAS THOROUGH AND DONE PROFESSIONALLY.

I THOUGHT HE WAS REAL EASY TO WORK WITH, AS FAR AS DESIGN WAS CONCERNED, AND HE HAS A GOOD EYE FOR DESIGN HIMSELF.
