R & R Roofing

Hired them to do roof and gutters. Roof was good, gutters terrible. The pitch is wrong and not daring toward the downspouts. They didn't install a drip edge on back of the gutters so now when it rains the water leak behind my gutters along my facia board. This will cause rot and with them not draining will eventually fall off! I have tried contacting the owner Rodney for close to a year now and all he says is, "I'll get out there or I'm covered up". I just want what I paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT HONOR THIER WORK. ONCE THEY GET PAID AND LEAVE YOU WILL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN!!!!

It went terribly. He requested FULL payment after the roof work  before the interior work was completed and my naïve, trusting and  elderly uncle complied. He never came back to make the ceiling repairs. When my uncle contacts him he makes excuses stating the guy that does that work for him is injured and he doesn't know when he'll be back. it has been well over a month and he has not made repairs or refunded the money he was paid in advance.

That's just what he did; came out and determined what was exactly needed, got the material, and had it finished by that afternoon.  We told him that this was a sale/inspection situation and that time was an issue, so he jumped right on it and had it cleared up in less than a day. His price was reasonable as well.

After all the rain in 2011, we realized we needed a whole new roof and some work done on our gutters.  We had 6 different estimates, then a friend recommended R & R Roofing.  I called them on Wednesday and they came out on Thursday to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable.  The job was started on Monday and I had a new roof and gutter guards by Wednesday!  Rodney didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.  My new roof looks great, my gutters are fixed and new gutter guards are on.  The crew is honest, they show up when they say they will, they're clean, friendly and they did a great job with clean-up during the job and at the end of each day.  They were very upfront about all costs and the work was done exactly as it was described.  I wouldn't hesitate to call R & R again, and have already recommended them to friends.

Service was as expected.

Absolutely wonderful. They were there the next day. Great workmanship. On time, very professional. Anything they said they would do, it was done!
