Got bid for repairs thought they were high but called to schudel repairs and was told they could not do repairs till next year! And all schudled work would require a 40% non-refundable retainer!

I called him on Saturday and he come on Sunday. He gave me a call prior to arriving and completed the job very fast. He would have been done much quicker, but I was asking him a bunch of question for which he seemed happy to answer.
