They did a good job. So far it's been good. They were very professional. I use them all of the time.

They have been really good and we have never had any problems with them. They will give you a ride home if you need it. We will continue to use them.

It his was one of the minor visits, but I have always trusted this vehicle to Urb's. they have been fair in their pricing and have explained things well without making unnecessary repairs. The few times I have had accidents, they have worked well with me to help get the best pricing through creative means, and yet will explain when it is not wise to deviate from manufacture parts and when I can save by buying something cheaper. They have always been very accommodating with providing a loaner car when needed, or have been gratuitous enough to drive me home. I could not ask for better customer service.

We never feel that they do something that doesn?t need to be done and we never feel that they do anything unnecessarily. We have taken some cars to them thinking that there were some major problems. We used to expect the bill to be couple of thousand dollars, but it used to be $150. So, we keep going back. We feel that they are trustworthy. They are also fast. If we drop off the car on Sunday, then they call us on Tuesday morning to inform us that they are done. We would definitely use their services in the future too.
