I never heard from them again. I called and called but no answer. I did not receive a refund for all the treatments and work they did not do. I should have taken them to small claims court. Do NOT hire this company.

This was the second treatment for the year.  My first from The Lawn Guys /Unique Lawn Care was in May; prior to that I had a treatment in March from a former lawn service company.  At best I have to say I am disappointed.  I had to call to ask for my July treatment because my lawn had so many weeds (and a Grub treatment added that I did not order and didn't pay for).  In mid August I called because of weeds again.  It took seven days for someone to come and do spot treatments; only part of the weeds were sprayed.
Aside from my lawn not looking any better than what I had from my previous lawn care company, I was frustrated by the promise made to me in a phone solicitation in May about "how great my lawn would look".  It didn't happen.
Frustrating to say the least.  I have cancelled the service and gone with another company.

I have scheduled service with Unique Lawnand they complete the items timely.  Notes are left in the event I need to be aware of something on my part (e.g. raise the mower blade)

UNIQUE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT LAWN SERVICE. ALWAYS TELL US EXACTLY WHAT HAS BEEN DONE AND WHAT WE NEED TO DO. AERATION WAS DONE VERY WELL. WORKERS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

THE SALESMAN WAS NEW, YET HE WAS WELL PREPARED AND PROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE TECH WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

I PAY ONCE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON FOR 6 TREATMENTS. FOR DOING SO I HAVE A CHOICE OF A COMPLIMENTARY GRUB TREATMENT OR AERATION. LAST YEAR THEY DID BOTH RATHER THAN GIVING YOU AN OPTION. I WONDER WHAT THEY'LL CUT BACK NEXT YEAR?
