There were some scheduling conflicts on both sides that delayed the start date about ten days, although my check was cashed immediately. He came one day, and his electrician had to come the next day due to another schedule conflict. Then we had to call him back to retest the system, which he said he couldn't do for another week. He forgot our retest appointment and came the day after.
Description of Work: Installed a radon removal system that consists of an exhaust fan the sucks the radon out from under the foundation and pipes it up along and drainpipe and ends under the eaves. Then a follow up test is provided.

Called for free estimate and they said they don't have Ohio license yet. Looking to expand by mid '08 to another tri-state entity (Indiana?). Referred to another HVAC firm to call for help. Very helpful in helping me as an engineer understand how they do business and that each state has a list of approved vendors for remediation. Might consider for future work if they upgrade services options.
Description of Work: Testing had been done by home owner and action level required radon remediation. Requested bid and free estimate from N. Ky. firm to compare bids.
