Very thorough and made suggestions on things that should be done in time. Both men were tradesmen very familiar with construction.

There were some scheduling conflicts on both sides that delayed the start date about ten days, although my check was cashed immediately. He came one day, and his electrician had to come the next day due to another schedule conflict. Then we had to call him back to retest the system, which he said he couldn't do for another week. He forgot our retest appointment and came the day after.
