Greenhouse and Nursery Service
Terrible. I recieved the rock but no mulch! Spent over $800. They keep telling me they are 175% sure the mulch was delivered. Still no mulch. Everyone extremely rude. Waiting for the manager to verify I dont have mulch and hope to get it delivered 3 days late!

Ordered and paid for Topsoil on 5/8/2014 to be delivered 5/11/2014.
After waiting most of the morning on 5/11/2014, contacted store and was told that it would be delivered within the next 2 hours.
No delivery and no contact from store to explain.
Contacted store on 5/12/2014 and resheduled delivery for 5/16/2014.
5/16/2014 came and went. No delivery and no contact from store.
Went to store on 5/18/2014 and got money refunded.
Decided to give them a second chance and went to store on 6/1/2014 to buy bagged gravel.
After paying went to yard to have it loaded and ended up loading myself while employees stood in shade next to building.
15 bags x 50 lbs = 750 lbs and I'm 56 yrs old !
This store seems to be managed (?) by a younger contingent that obviously doesn't care about customer service.
Needless to say, I will not be giving them my business in the future, which is a shame because the store is less than a mile from my home.
