From start to finish, this company was top notch. They took great care to ensure that everything needed done was completed correctly in a very unique situation. They followed up with me frequently and ensured that everything was 100% complete. Customer satisfaction with this company is second to none. I received 6 estimates from 6 different companies and Richardson was by FAR the most competitive. In a lot of cases, the saying is "you get what you pay for". I this case, I got the lowest bid with the best outcome!! Mike was fantastic to work with and the crew was professional, timely, accurate and a joy to work with. I will call Richardson in the future and HIGHLY recommend to anyone out there looking for any plumbing work needed!

He explained what he could fix. He took care of the problems reasonably. The technician is very knowledgeable. They gave a bid to bring the water back, put in a drain, and to do plumbing for a shower in another rental. Whenever I call them, they are right on it. They are very timely.

I was having problems with low water pressure throughout the house and had done a little research myself. After confirming from the county water service that pressure to the house was 150 PSI, but at the outside spigot it was 30 PSI. I took his advice and bought and bought a pressure gage. I got very erratic readings so I knew I needed a plumber. I called yesterday afternoon and was told I would get a call from plumber in the morning, meanwhile as a backup,I called another service provider who could come in two days. I was called at around eight thirty in the morning and was told that he could be out between eleven and one. He arrived at a few minutes before one and diagnosed the problem. He completed repair with exactly what he quoted it would be if the regulator needed to be replaced. He was finished in about 40 minutes total and checked every faucet in the house. ( He put on foot covers before entering the house and even though he was in and out umerous times, he kept putting them on and off.)

I have used this company several times. They are always extremely responsive, professional, on time, competitively priced and so easy to work with.

The replacement went well. The cost was as agreed. The plumber was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me recommendations.

Just that they show up when they tell you. Their pricing is good. Unfortunately, I have two daughters and myself and our hairs quite long and we can create some of this down in the drains and I think our hot water heater went it without they came out and put in for us. We just recently had it because my youngest daughter has just as mane of hair and she clogged up bit for our drain in our bathroom so they came out and make it for us. Actually, I probably going to call them again for I think she got more hair down there.

They even arrived about on hour early.

It went very well. They were highly recommended from friends. Received the quote over the phone, price was very reasonable. They worked with our schedule on the installation. I would recommend them to anyone.
