They did pretty well. Just didn't get the stain out completely. Of course, it's not their fault it was stained in the first place.

I left a report on this company about a year ago. Since then I have taken my business to a competing establishment. Concord continued to break too many buttons and shirts started coming back with wrinkles pressed in. They were happy to replace buttons when requested but often the replacement button did not match the others. Quality not withstanding, the service people working there were great and the prices were good.

Overall experience has been pretty good. They open at 6:30 AM, so I can drop stuff off on my way to work. They're open till 7:00 PM which is usually ok for me. Turn around is pretty quick. They have a drive-thru if you can't be bothered to go inside. My only gripe is that they seem to break more buttons than other cleaners I've used. But they've replaced them free when asked.
