 + 0 moreThe plumbers came out, potentially cleaned some of the drain . Gave us the bill, we paid, and they left. Two days later, same problem. I called, called, left message, promised they would be out next day, they didn't come, I called again, they avoided my calls, then I called from another phone, they picked up and said they would be out the next afternoon and promised. They did not come, and I never heard from them. Not sure what the next step is now to get my money back. However, I don't understand why they didn't have the courtesy to call me and make it good. I suppose my plumbing problems was not important enough. So, Good Luck with Mercer Plumbing, you will need it.
Description of Work: The provider was suppose to fixed stopped up drains.

 + 0 moreChuck came to my home to remove my current hot water heater and install a brand new one, a very expensive proposition. When he arrived, he diagnosed a MUCH smaller problem, fixed it, and was reluctant to accept even a small service call fee. He could have changed out my hot water, replaced it with a new one at a cost of more than $600 for the style I needed, given where my hot water heater is located, and I would never have known the difference. He was honest with me, however, and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. That honesty and professionalism has guaranteed I will recommend him, and MERCER PLUMBING, to anyone with plumbing needs. I could not recommend anyone more highly!
Description of Work: Chuck Adams, with MERCER PLUMBING, came out to install a brand new hot water heater, which I THOUGHT I needed, but after inspecting my current hot water heater, he diagnosed a MUCH smaller- and LESS EXPENSIVE- problem.
