Chuck came to my home to remove my current hot water heater and install a brand new one, a very expensive proposition. When he arrived, he diagnosed a MUCH smaller problem, fixed it, and was reluctant to accept even a small service call fee. He could have changed out my hot water, replaced it with a new one at a cost of more than $600 for the style I needed, given where my hot water heater is located, and I would never have known the difference. He was honest with me, however, and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. That honesty and professionalism has guaranteed I will recommend him, and MERCER PLUMBING, to anyone with plumbing needs. I could not recommend anyone more highly!
