Not great. Even though Bill Mudd Electric sent someone to my house to determine what was needed to replace the broken wire, the person who did the actual work came about two-weeks later. He did not have the correct gauge wire to do the job and had to go back to the shop to get some. I was charged for this extra hour. He came back , duh a trench, installed the wire then backfilled the trench (not very tidy). Installer was not happy the entire time he was there.

He knew immediately what was wrong w/ the circuit breaker. He was able to fix it and restore power to those rooms in a matter of minutes. He is a very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable man.
