Alvey's Heating & Air Conditioning

This is a small business that had done work for a previous employer of mine and our church, our AC quit on Saturday, May 26, 2012, Memorial Day weekend. I attempted to contact him on Sunday, May 27,2012 knowing I would just leave a message in hopes he might at least check his messages on Monday and either contact me Monday or Tuesday since Monday was holiday. Monday my phone rang and the caller ID said it was Alvey's, there was no one there when I answered. I immediately called him back got no answer so I left another message. Tueday came and went with no word from him, I called and left another message Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday came and went still nothing from him, Thursday came and by 2pm I still had not heard from him so I called another HVAC company. Today is Friday 5 days after my initial phone message I left for him and I have still not heard from him.

They have provided me with excellent service and I have been very happy with them.  They are on time and are at my place right away from the minute I call them.  I am very pleased with them.  They are out at my place the very day I call them even though they are further out and not close to where I live.  I would highly recommend and use them and nobody else again in the future.

I have actually known them for thirty years.  They are very responsive.  The systems that they offer are higher quality systems.  It's a family owned father and son business.  They make sure that you get the right products for your needs.  It's like having a good mechanic.  You know when somebody is going to not try to sell you something you don't need.  They are just really good in that aspect, so I know I can trust them.
