Our air conditioner went out in the beginning of July.  I had another company come out and look at it on a Friday night who told me that the compressor was dead.  That company gave me a loose quote of $1500 for a new compressor or $2500-$3500 for a new air conditioning unit.  They never called back about replacing the unit, so I found Mike at All Hours (recommended by my neighbor).  Mike talked to me for about 15 minutes on the phone explaining the difference in the "old Freon" and "new Freon" and why the new stuff costs so much more.  He came out to look at my unit to give me an estimate for a new air conditioner and discovered my furnace would not hold a coil for a unit the with "new Freon."  He gave me a choice of keeping my furnace and using an air conditioning unit with the "old Freon" or getting  a new furnace and air conditioner.  He fully explained the pros and cons of each.  I went with getting both new as it was  a great price.  His crew came out the next day and put in both the AC and furnace.  Mike took me on a tour of the new furnace and explained how everything worked.  He was very friendly and professional.  So far the AC works great.  Don't know yet about the heating...we'll see when winter comes.

He came in and his service charge was $ 58.50, Freon was $50 and the labor charge was $30. Usually there is a service charge and as my son in law knows that he is really good.  He was very professional and he fixed it. I am waiting for him to get back and I want to do further work with him. He fixed the problem. He saw what the problem was, came out and checked it and he put Freon. I think he has to replace a coil or put a new unit and for that I would use him. He just has good character and he is really honest. I just lost my dog and I told him about it and he said he lost his as well and we were both crying.

They are a father and son that work together. They are honest. We do not have to worry about our house. They do excellent work. They installed the furnace and central air conditioner about five years ago. They repair or replace anything that needs to be repaired or replaced. Our experience with them overall has been excellent.
