Very busy company.........but since I had used him to plumb the house, he made time after hours to help me with my trouble shower.

My overall experience was wonderful with this company. My wife and I were actually in Lexington and trusted this company enough to enter our home to preform work while we were gone. They did an excellent job, didn't leave a mess and we haven't had any issues with their work.
I would suggest this company to ANYONE who asks for a quality, reliable plumber.

We had a kitchen drain line burst that must had been leaking for quite awhile as the water and mess was coming up through the concrete floor in our basement. Not only was the plumbing broken but because we were not using the room involved in our basement, we had mold on the walls of the room due to not even realizing we had an issue.
It was such a mess, but Johnson's plumbing did a great job of finding and replacing the drain line under the concrete floor, and even had the people and services to do the finish work. Drywall and baseboards had to be removed and were replaced and he even had an excellent painter who finished the room to perfection.Not having to locate and find professionals to finish a one room job saved us a lot of time and headaches.
He did such a great job, that we even had his team fix a couple other issues with dripping shower faucets, too.
He handled the job as a true professional, and sure saved us time, but the peace of mind I had knowing that all the details were handled to give me back a perfect room where chaos had been was tremendous.
