New carpet installed and it is beautiful. The quality of this carpet is amazing but pricey. I chose the platinum carpet which is more pile. I had a small issue with same day install but the manager was very quick to rectify the situation to my satisfaction.

Our house flooded and Joe from Fashion Floors helped us through the entire process. He also did our upstairs upgrade from laminate to hardwood. Will call them for any flooring needs.

The carpets looked great there is one stain That didn't come out.

The installers cam in to do the install and where great fellows. They made me feel comfortable about them being in my home. The carpet looks beautiful and they were finished when they said. Thanks to the crew at Fashion Floors!!

They did a wonderful job for us. They were very kind, courteous and professional. They did a great job. Their customer care was good.

The folks at Fashion Floors were extremely helpful and did a fantastic job. I called them out to do an estimate for vinyl flooring in my kitchen. I had already removed the old laminate flooring so the subfloor was showing. The gentleman who came to measure for the estimate let me know that due to the damaged places in the subfloor it would need to be replaced so it would actually be cheaper to put laminate flooring back down. I went by the store and they helped me pick out the perfect laminate and their prices were very reasonable. About a week later they were at the house installing the floor. They worked quickly and were very courteous. They even had someone deliver some quarter round from the store because I did not have enough on hand for the whole room. About two days later, I noticed that a small piece of quarter round was not attached to the wall. Guess they ran out of nails because it was a little piece right by the door. There was also a small gap between the nosing and the riser at the stairs. I called and they had someone come out within a few days and fixed both issues. I would definitely recommend Fashion Floors for any flooring needs!

I've spent thousands with them. It is a local company. They are very responsive and their prices are very reasonable. I've never had any serious complaints with them. They are very professional. They have never left me with any kind of mess. I have mostly gotten exactly what I asked for.
