Did not complete the house within the time outlined in their contract. Moved into a house that was not finished with the promise that work would be completed within 2 weeks. It is now 2 months and cell phones are disconnected, will not return calls to home. Good framers, but quality of finish work is pretty sub-par. A lot of trim work looks chewed off at the bottom because of using a dull blade. We had to contact the dumpster company to get it removed ourselves. We have contacted an attorney. I just don't want anyone else to suffer like we have. This man could sell ice cubes to Eskimos. He's very personable. Doesn't like coming to work early in the morning. The contract stated the house would be finished 3/15. We moved in 7/14. While being told he would do "Whatever it takes" to finish the job, he has not. We cannot even get him to give us the receipts from the subcontractors, which his contract also states he would submit. The job site was maintained poorly during work.
Description of Work: New Home Construction for us, but they also remodel.
