• I called Monday 7/25 for estimate. He said he would call me Wednesday. He didn't call.
• I called Wednesday 7/27 1:00pm. Left voicemail.  Anthony returned my call at 3:10. Said he would come by tomorrow after 4:00. He didn't show.
• Called back Wednesday 8/3 10:00AM. Spoke with Anthony. Said he would come by today. He would call back in an hour to schedule a time.
• He didn't call but 't showed up with my insurance agent on 8/3. He gave a $375 estimate. I told Mr. Willis I'd give him a call if I wanted him to complete the work.
• Mr. Will came to my home 8/6 and started removing the tree without my consent. He stated my insurance agent had advised him to complete the work and that they would be paying him. Since they were already halfway finished with the work and he advised that I wouldn't be the one paying him, we told them to go ahead and finish up.
• Mr. Willis called me on 8/19 asking when I was going to pay him. I called my agent who stated he had never told Mr. Willis to complete the work and that they do not generally pay contractors directly.

I feel like I got a decent deal in the end and the work was completed to my satisfaction, but Mr. Willis was very unprofessional and underhanded in his dealings with me. He began work without my signature on any work order and without even knowing who would be paying him. I'm going to pay him since he completed the work, but I'll not call him again for any services.
