He is very reasonable and does a great job. After the intial job he did, we have hired him to do some work at the same house with our tenets there. We now live about 6 hours away so he could easily rack up the prices but he's always been very honest and never overcharged us. He has incredible attention to detail and also has expressed a lot of ideas that would both save money and make the house look really nice.
