Step Ahead Landscape & Lawn Care

I will fill in the details after the dispute has been resolved with this company.  I will simply say right now, in my opinion they are awful people and worse than awful landscapers and are out to take advantage of elderly citizens!  Once our ATTORNEY agrees we can leave the details, I will be back to give everyone the details of this horrible experience to hopefully prevent anyone else from going through what my parent are going through with these horrible people!

So far we are very happy with the time taken to help us design our landscape plan.  Sue has been great, really taking the time to find out what we want and help us make long term plans for our new home.  They do charge by the hour so that is a tiny bit intimidating as you plan for a big project but the prices and time estimates seem very similar to other landscapers I have contact that charge by the job.  She is prompt and professional.  She is also willing to work with us as we do the project in phases.

We have been using them for 10 years. We had no problems with them. We chose them because they are the least expensive. They are just willing to do anything I ask and do it better than I anticipate.
